Chilly out this morning. I will be glad when I can put away my beanie until fall. Got all the short grass cut this morning. Verticut greens yesterday.  Looking good.

Maybe the rain and cloudy weather is behind us now. There is a chance of sunshine later today. Looks like next week is going to warm back up to normal temperatures. Course is all set up and ready for Saturday morning play.

The forecast has changed for the rest of the week. Rain expected Thursday and Friday.  We will mow out roughs today and follow up with playing areas tomorrow and Friday. Depending on how the forecast changes. This weather pattern we are in is not pushing Bermudagrass growth. Soon it will warm up and stay hot for the summer. I keep thinking that is about to happen and then it cools off again.

Getting some much needed rain.  We will get back to mowing the course tomorrow   Looks like the rest of the week will be ok.

Greens are rolling good. All ready for the CSRA WGA to shotgun at 900. The chipping area will be closed for an hour or less while we verticut and topdress the chipping green. Tomorrow we will mow out the playing areas for the weekend. Looking forward to a great weekend on the course.

Wow. What is this, 44 degrees this morning. Yesterday afternoon got a little uncomfortable with the high winds and cool temps. Today should be a little bit warmer. But still cool for this time of year. This weekend will be very nice, getting back to normal on Sunday with highs near 90. Golf Course is coming along as temperature will allow. Greens are picking up pace as we remove more and more leaf tissue. Tees, collars and fairways are being cut for the weekend. Should be a nice weekend. Get out and enjoy the course.

2" rain over night.  Bunkers and beds are washed out. We are repairing this morning. It will be cart path only today.

Got greens verticut and cleaned up, right before the thunderstorm. Sort of, got wet on the way back to the shop. Thundering now. Probably in for more thunderstorms this afternoon.

Course is set up and ready for the final round if the Member/Member tournament today. We had a delay in getting going this morning from a pre dawn thunderstorm. All is well and the course is ready to go. Greens are a little quicker today than yesterday. Rain predicted for the afternoon, hopeful it stays away until the evening. Good luck to all the competitors.

Final preparations for the Member/Member this weekend. Looks like today and tomorrow are going to be great weather days. Sunday has a chance for thunderstorms.

This morning we finally cut some grass in the fairways. Groomed greens and clean-cut behind that. May go back out this afternoon for another groom. Rolled greens this morning also. The warm temperatures and fertilizer seem to be kicking in the grass is starting to grow a little.

It is cool out this morning. We are finishing a fairway fertilizer application this morning on the back nine. Continuing straw work. Normal setup otherwise. We will start cutting new cups tomorrow.

Not sure what the weather is going to do today. It has been raining off and on since  5:00am. Normal weekend setup.

Mowing greens. Spraying a fungicide on greens. Topdressing greens. Mowing tees.  Chilly start this morning. Gonna be a beautiful afternoon.

Very busy with Masters around the corner.  Applied something everyday last week to greens to improve plant health. This week is off to the same kind of start. Fertilized greens yesterday.  Topdress greens today or tomorrow.  Cooler start to the week. But warming up towards the weekend.
